As a benefit to Guild members, submissions are $45 for members and $125 for non-members. The cost is per submission, but after two submissions in a category, you may request to have the submission fee waived for up to two more submissions by emailing submissions@propertymastersguild.org. Additionally, non-member submissions come with an $80 coupon for membership to encourage you to join (expires 12/31/2025 and does not stack).
