The mission of the Property Masters Guild is to raise awareness of the craft and creative contributions of Property Masters within the entertainment industry and beyond it, to foster greater collaboration among Property Masters for the continued success and growth of the craft and its evolving needs, and to educate its members and future generations of members to promote the highest standards of excellence in our craft while preserving its legacy.

Fellowship
First and foremost, the Property Masters Guild is a community. Never before has there been an organization singularly focused on the needs of Property Masters. As we come together, we have a unique opportunity to elevate the craft and each other.

PMG Letters
Property Master members should add the guild letters “PMG” after your name in all production credits. These letters identify you as a Guild member and signify your considerable experience, credentials, and leadership status in the craft to Producers, other department heads, and the general public.
Please note: This benefit is not available to Associate members.

Throughout the year, the guild hosts events from casual coffee chats to formal cocktail events for members to come together, share our experiences, and celebrate our craft. We are working to add a PMG Awards event in the near future.

Our education committee is assembling opportunities to bring together Property Masters and other industry professionals to learn from each other - our struggles and our strengths. These will appeal to Property Masters at all levels of their careers.

The Guild publishes a quarterly email newsletter with exclusive information for our members related to events, educational materials, and industry resources.
Private Chat Forum
Hosted on Facebook, the guild maintains a private group for members to openly chat with one another, share work information, and build a supportive community among fellow guild members.
